Chicken Alfredo

1. Cook 1lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

2. Cut two chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, basil & paprika.

3. Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat then add your chicken.

4. Cook on both sides until fully cooked. About 4 mins each side.

5. Remove from the pan and add 6 tbsp of butter.

6. Add 4 cloves minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.

7. Add 2 cups of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and season with the same prior seasonings.

8. Add your cooked pasta, chicken, 1 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. Mix all together.

9. Add more Parmesan if needed and enjoy
