Stuffed Shells

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2lb of  jumbo shells until very al dente in salted water.

2. Mix together 16oz ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1 egg, salt, pepper & parsley. Mix until combined.

3. Add 1/2 a jar of marinara or homemade sauce to an oven safe dish and spread evenly.

4. Add your cooked pasta on top of the sauce.
5. Add your ricotta mixture to a plastic bag and cut off the tip. You can also use an actual piping bag or a spoon to get the ricotta inside the shells.

6. Top with more mozzarella & parm, more sauce than additional mozzarella and parm to make it super cheesy.

7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for another 15 minutes.
8. Top with more parm and enjoy!
