Alfredo Pasta

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente

2. Melt 3 tbsp butter in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 3 cloves minced garlic. Cook until fragrant 

3. Add 1 cup heavy cream. Mix & bring to simmer

4. Season & lower the heat. Add 3/4 cup parmesan and mix

5. Add cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water & a bit more Parmesan. Enjoy!
