Caprese Pasta

Directions:

  1. Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente.

  2. Add ¼ cup olive oil to a pan with 10oz cherry tomatoes.

  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender enough to smush. 

  4. Add 3 cloves minced garlic & smush all of your tomatoes.

  5. Cook for a few minutes & add your cooked pasta.

  6. Season your dish with salt & pepper.

  7. Add 1 cup cubed, fresh mozzarella & a handful of fresh chopped basil.

  8. Toss with a little more olive oil & top with Parmesan. Enjoy!
