Vodka Sauce Mac & Cheese
Directions:
1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until slightly underdone.
2. Melt 4 tbsp of butter on medium heat and add 2 cloves of minced garlic.
3. When garlic is fragrant, add 4 tbsp of tomato paste and mix.
4. Add 1.5 shots of vodka and stir.
5. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and mix. Let sauce come to simmer & cook for several minutes.
6. Add another 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 3/4 cup of milk. Let simmer for another few minutes. Add your cooked pasta.
7. Add 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup parmesan.
8. Mix & your sauce. Add pasta water until your sauce is creamy. If you want it extra cheesy add more mozzarella! ENJOY!
