Copycat Carbone Pasta With Tortellini and Burrata

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente.

2. Add 2 tbsp butter & a dash of olive to a pan.

3. Add 3 cloves minced garlic & 1/2 a red onion. Let cook until onions are translucent.

4. Add 2 chopped Calabrian chili peppers & 3 tbsp of tomato paste.

5. Let cook for a few minutes then add one shot of vodka.

6. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer for 7-10 mins.

7. Add 1/2 cup Parm cheese, your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water. Season and cook for a few mins.

8. Top with burrata and more Parm! Enjoy!
