Creamy Lemon Pasta
Directions:
1. Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Add 2 tbsp of butter, a little olive oil & 2 cloves minced garlic to a pan on medium heat.
3. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
4. Season & add the juice of one lemon.
5.Add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water
6. Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and mix until creamy. Enjoy!!
