1. Add 1/2lb ground beef to a pan on medium heat. Break apart and season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder & paprika.

2. Remove your cooked meat and add 2 tbsp of butter to the same pan.

3. Add 3 cloves minced garlic and half a diced onion to the pan and cook until fragrant.

4. Add your meat back into the pan and cook for a few minutes. Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste & 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. Mix together.

5. Add 1 cup broth (I used beef) 1 cup milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. Season with the same seasonings used before and add your 1/2lb pasta to the pan.

6. Mix all together and bring to a simmer. It is important that your pasta is covered with liquid when first cooking (use more milk if needed)

7. Let cook for 8-10 minutes stirring every few mins.

8. Once pasta is cooked- lower the heat and add 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella.

9. If sauce is too liquidy, add more cheese. If it is not creamy enough, add more milk! Enjoy :)
