Sausage Cream Pasta

1. Cook 1/2 a lb of pasta in salted water until al dente.

2. Add 2tbsp of butter & a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 a diced onion and 3 cloves minced garlic.

3. Salt and let cook for a few minutes.

4. Add 8oz ground Italian sausage to a pan and season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, paprika and basil. Cook until browned.

5. Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste and mix into the sausage.

6. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Then add another 1/2 cup of heavy cream along with the same seasonings used for the sausage.

7. Add 1/4 a cup of Parm, 1/2 a cup of Asiago and 1/2 a cup mozzarella cheese with a dash of pasta water.

8. Mix until combined then add a handful of fresh basil and extra Parm! (fresh burrata too if you’re feeling extra cheesy!) enjoy!
