Pink Vodka Sauce with Lobster

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente. 

2. Add 3 tbsp of butter and chunks of lobster to a pan. Cook for a few minutes and remove. 

3. Add 3 minced garlic cloves that same pan. Cook until fragrant. 

4. Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and mix. 

5. Add 1 shot of vodka. Mix together and let cook for a few minutes. 

6. Add 1.5 cups heavy cream & bring to a simmer.

7. Let cook for 7-10 minutes to allow alcohol to cook off.

8. Add salt & pepper then your cooked lobster chunks. 

9. Add 1/2 cup Parm, your cooked pasta & a dash of pasta water. Let cook together & enjoy!
