Cajun Pasta With Sausage & Shrimp
Directions:
1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente
2. Add 2 tbsp butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan.
3. Add 1/2 a diced onion, and two cloves minced garlic and let cook.
4. Add 1 cup of cajun sausage & 1 cup of shrimp to the pan.
5. Season with cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper & onion/ garlic powder.
6. Cook for a few minutes and add 1 cup heavy cream.
7. Bring to a simmer and season with the same seasonings.
8. Add 1/2 cup cheddar, mozzarella and 1/4 cup asiago.
9. Add your cooked pasta and pasta water as needed to make your sauce creamy. Enjoy!
