Spicy Tomato Cream Pasta with Sausage 

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water. 

2. Add 2 tbsp butter & a dash of olive oil to a pan.

3. Add 3 cloves minced garlic & 1/2 a diced onion and cook until fragrant.

4. Add 1 cup of cut up andouille sausage, Calabrian chili (depending on your spice preference) & 1/2 a cup of Sundried tomatoes. 

5. Let cook for a few minutes until slightly browned & remove from the pan. 

6. Add 1 tbsp of butter to the same pan with 2 tbsp of tomato paste. 

7. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and mix. 

8. Let cook for a few minutes then add your cooked sausage/ onions/ garlic back. 

9. Add your cooked pasta, 1/2 cup Asiago, 1/2 cup parmesan and a dash of pasta water. Let cook for a few mins and enjoy!
