Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water until al dente.

2. Add olive oil to a pan and 2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces. Season your chicken. 

3. When the chicken is cooked, remove from the pan (optional: mix chicken with Buffalo sauce) then add 3 tbsp of butter.

4. Add 3 cloves minced garlic and 1/2 a diced onion. Cook for a few minutes. 

5. Add 1.5 cups heavy cream. When simmering, lower the heat. Season your sauce. 

6. Add 1/4 cup Asiago, 1/2 cup cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella.

7. Add pasta water & mix until creamy. Add 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce. 

8. Add your cooked pasta & chicken to your sauce. Enjoy!
