Pink Sauce Pasta

Directions:

  1. Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente.

  2. Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan with a dash of olive oil.

  3. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add 3 tbsp tomato paste and cook for a minute or two. 

  5. Add 1.5 cup heavy cream and mix until combined.

  6. Let simmer for a few minutes. Season your dish with salt & pepper. 

  7. Add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water and 1 cup parmesan & ½ cup mozzarella. 

  8. Cook for a few minutes and then top with extra Parmesan! Enjoy :)
