Spicy Gochujang Pasta

Directions:

  1. Cook  ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente.

  2. Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan with a dash of olive oil.

  3. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add 3 tbsp gochujang and cook for a minute or two.

  5. Add 1 cup heavy cream and mix until combined

  6. Let simmer for a few minutes. Season your dish with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and chili flakes. 

  7. Add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water and ½ cup parmesan.

  8. Cook for a few minutes and then top with extra Parmesan! Enjoy :)
