Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

1. Bring water to a boil & cook 1/2lb pasta in salted water.

2. Add 1 cup of broccoli florets when there are a few mins left of the pasta cooking time.

3. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water then drain when pasta is al dente.

4. Cut up two chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder & dried basil.

5. Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add your seasoned chicken and cook 4 mins or so on each side until fully cooked.

6. Remove from the pan and add 3 cloves minced garlic with 3tbsp butter. When fragrant, add 1.5 cups of heavy cream.

7. Bring to a simmer and lower the heat. Season with the same prior seasonings used for the chicken.

8. Add your cooked pasta/broccoli, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and a dash of pasta water.

9. Mix until well combined and enjoy!
