Truffle Cream Pasta

Directions:

1. Cook 1/2lb pasta until al dente in salted water 

2. Cook 3 tbsp of butter & 2 cloves minced garlic on medium heat

3. Add 1.5 cups cream and bring to a simmer

4. Lower heat and add seasonings

5. Add cooked pasta and mix with a tbsp of truffle oil

6. Add 1/2 cup Gouda, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup cheddar 

7. Mix & add pasta water as needed. Enjoy!!
